Our platform offers an easy and convenient solution to add funds to your account by using Credit Cards. To access this feature on our system follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Balance' menu item on the main navigation bar
  2. Select 'Manage Payment Profiles' and then create a Payment Profile, just as you would do on any online store. If your organization has more than one credit card, you can create multiple payment profiles and have them ready for when you need to add fund to your account in the future.
  3. Once you've created a Payment profile, you can go ahead and click on the "Add Funds' button located on the side bar.


Note: Credit Card payments generate an additional fee imposed by the processor. We add a fee when funding your account with a credit card:


2.25% for: Visa, Mastercard, Discover

3.9% for American Express.
